installed App isn't working for me

I installed it but when i run WindowBlinds and my Properties come up, in the themes section, none of them show up.

is there a way to fix this?

Edit: I tried restarting and nothing changed.
I have "Windows XP Home Edition" *I fotgot to mention that* lol

if you right click the WB systray icon and choose configure, do they come up?

also: after opening WB configuration click system information on the left and copy/paste that info here
