want to totally replace taskbar

if i hide windows taskbar, can objectdock totally replace its features.

for instance when i minimize a window, is there a way to show it in objectdock so i can restore it?

is there also a way to show running applications thats normally shown in lower right corner and how about showing menus like seen when clicking startbar?
i'd buy this if all these can be done

in the free version: config > dock contents > show running tasks - OD+ also has that
OD+ also has a systray option

There is an option in Plus to add a start menu in your dock....
