If you did alter things, wouldn't it be cheating ? Surely what you'd want ideally would be the ability to transfer the bonus between Tiles and increase the bonus value ?
What I'd like for non-MV games is the ability to add Tiles to Planets, you always run out of useful Tiles, especially when you have to colonize a 4 or 5 PQ class planet, 'cause you know the opposition will if you don't and you'll suffer from their influence in your star system !
Perhaps it could be rectified as a start-of-game choice that no habitable planets are built bellow a certain PQ threshold (say 8 perhaps) with an upper limit (of perhaps 12); after all it is the PQ rating that determines the number of Tiles ( unless it's the other way aeound of course). Anybody else think so ?
