SID doesn't match up?

I just re-installed Windows XP, and now Gal Civ II tells me: "The product appears to be validated but the serial number or the machine SID don't match." What do I do?

Delete your sig.bin file from your GalCiv2 installation directory and re-activate. Activation is tied to your Windows installation, so when you reinstalled the OS, you invalidated your old activation file.
