How they think of me

In the diplomacy screen, there’s a screen that show how the civilization think of your word i.E. " Let me put it this way, you say this is not the robot for you, they will just repeat that back to you." and two others. Well thin the one that says how there citizens think of my civ, well it almost always has " there citizens have no opinion of us." and I HAVE checked a lot. ONCE I got words that said something else ( it was not positive btw.) but that was only once. Even nations that I’m crushing have citizens with no opinion.

Is it just me thgat finds this a problem?
