So, Cindy Sheehan paid us a visit up in Canada this week. She's here to defend the indefensible - two members of the American Armed Forces who disserted their posts in a very cowardly fashion and are seeking refuge here. She seems to have come here under the assumption that all Canadians will support her stance - well guess what, many (if not most) of us do not.
Who the hell does she think that she is? She may have special status amongst some in her home country, but that does not equate to all people here. Last time I checked, she lives in a free country, with a free press. If she has a point to make, then make it there. She is not the Dalai Lama. She can make her point in her home country without fear of persecution from the government.
Cindy, go home. And don't let the door hit you on the way out.
