Java Scripts no longer working

I installed Object Desktop, Wincustomize, and CursorXP yesterday afternoon. Played with the wallpapers and desktops and widgets for a bit then turned off the computer. Tonight I found that when I go to a webpage that has a Java script embedded, such as a login button, it refuses to work. I went through and reset all the internet options to default. No go. I reloaded Java. No go. Shut down all the Object Desktop items that were running. Still won't work. I am hesitating to completely uninstall Desktop. There must be a setting somewhere that a widget screwed up or something.
