Problem with Brushed Metal Beta by Xero

I haven't got any webspace, so I can't show a screenie The only way I can describe it is that some of the inside of a window doesn't get skinned, it's just a drab grey. The frame of the window always displays correctly, and some of the internal stuff (like the display options window) do fine, but other windows don't (like the inside of the welcome window on opera). It's skinning everything apart from the background, I should say - the buttons and everything are fine.

Any ideas? Or can anyone put a pic up for me to explain better?

From what I've read of the forums so far, it sounds like it might be a shell style thing?

you can upload a pic for free at imageshack or photobucket. the site will generate an http url which you can copy then paste into the little box that pops up here when you click image

Fantastic! Thanks very much.

Here is the display properties window of my computer, which I'm guessing is what it should ideally be like (I hope I can fix the weird bits round the buttons somehow).

And here is the load screen for Opera, which shows the grey bits.

Any ideas anyone? Pretty please with a cherry on top? I've given up using a number of skins before because of this, but this one is sexy enough to work on to make it work properly.

Thanks in advance!
