population movement

Like many I specialize my planets - this one for production, this one for research, etc. My current game has a PQ7 planet with two tiles at 300% farming bonuses. I could build something else on these tiles, but I'm curious if there's any way to 'grow' population and move it to other planets?

Sure. Once you've built up your population on that planet, you can move your citizens around with ships that have either the colony module or the troop transport modules.

I use Troop Transports myself. When transporting population to the destination planet, max out the load slider (100%) and when leaving the destination planet just load 1%.
