ObjectDock Desktop Display Problem

I have an annoying problem with Object Dock Plus running under Windows XP x64. I know this is not totally supported but still someone may help. When I reboot into the system and Objectdock is set to autorun on boot there is an annoying space below the screenand my desktop icon positions are scrambled. I can kill the bar by selecting display properties settings and temporarily change my resolution to 800x600 and then change back to 1280x1024. But I still have to rearrange the desktop icons. At this point I don't want to create another dock and put all my shortcusts into the tabbed new dock. This behavior is annoying but "could" be due to x64.
On a very positive note - I have Crap Cleaner installed to appear in the context menu of the Recyle Bin. The CC context item (opern cc and run cc) don't appear in the standard trash bin - but do appear in the Objectdock Recyle Bin. Cool - but how does that happen? Another x64 issue.
