Tabbed Dock: Removing Separators

I added some separators to a tabbed dock, and wish to remove one of them.

I can't find where to right-click to remove the separator.

Is there a color I can change my dock to, so I can see the separators better?

What about editing an INI file, I suppose? Why is this stuff so difficult?

Just drag the separator off the dock to remove it.

I drag everything to one side of the seperator so it's on one end or the other. Then I hunt around for it.
