Maybe his/her screen size is wacked? Maybe they have graphics glitch that obscures it? Not everyone is an idiot like me

I play in 1360 by 960 resolution (or thereabouts). And I've plain never seen it (after 10+ games), even after specifically looking for it several times. I'll keep looking, maybe I've actually just missed it.
