Tray and Running Tasks at the same time

I recently purchased OD plus only to find out it seems to be impossible to show the tray and running tasks at once. Is there any way to do this, or at least a keyboard command to switch between these two? Another possibility would be to have the task grouping on the main part of the dock, so it wouldn't be necessary to show the running tasks. Any comments or help?

Not on the same dock, but you can have system tray on a dock and running tasks on another.
