WB5 Bitmap Problem

I installed and purchased Windowblinds 5.01 but it doesn't work right. After installing, I reboot like it says to, and once windows starts up again windowblinds loads, the themes are all messed up and theres error messages everywhere saying that its unable to load bitmaps. Heres some screenshots:

Did you have the shareware version of WB installed before this?

Usually that message would indicate a mismatch of WB files.
