when i am playing GalCiv2 my graphics card says it cant talk to something and i have to click the dont send or send and i can just click the game tab and continue play. but why does it do this?

Please post the contents of the debug.err file you can find in the directory where you installed galciv2 (normally Program Files/Stardock/GalCiv2/ or something similar). Just open debug.err in notepad and copy/paste the whole thing here.
