The Internet Joke about house to house Breast Exams appears to have someone who literally tried it and succeeded!  Philip Winikoff went door to door offering free Breast Exams, and got 2 women to fall for it!  After being allowed entry into their house, the then proceeded to sexually assault them!

Sex Assault is no laughing matter, nor is this incident.  But one has to wonder about the victims here.  How blonde can you get?  But I guess with professors and legal secretaries falling for the Nigerian Scamsa, there are enough dumb people in this world that some will fall for anything.

You can indeed fool some of the people all of the time.

You can do even better, offer to change the, let's say, $20 bill with a "legit" one, but you really give them a counterfit one. That way you can tell them it was counterfit and they can keep the one you gave them. And keep theirs to "return to the FBI".
