A few questions -plz help-

ok i have a few questions/problems.
1. all my shortcuz on my object bar arnt loading. the ones i added. but like Recycle Bin and Configure loads. just not mine.
2. wen i click Desktop on my quicklaunch toolbar, it also makes my objectdock go away, so i have to put my mouse on it. can i make it that its ALWAYS there, but NOT on top of everything? just keep it on the desktop layer.
(i have prevent docks to "Always on Top" Checked)
3. i have version 1.20 build 521, how do i get 2.0?
