Panning and the mouse

I dont know if thereis a thing in te ptions or not but in the game my right mouse button doesnt let me pan what can i do to fix it? or can I?

If you want to pan the map, you can place the mouse on the edges of teh screen or left click and drag the map itself. To rotate the views to a different angle, you need to use the middle mouse button/wheel.

ok but when i use the middle mouse wheel it minimizes the screen to go to the desktop, how can i change this?
