What is the number in parenthesis next to a colony's influence points?

What is the number in parenthesis next to a colony's influence points?


That's the amount by which ANOTHER race is influencing that planet. Anything 4.00 and higher is BAD. It means your planet could soon revolt and join the dark... er enemy. once it hits 4+ you will see a skull and crossbones stop sign looking thingy to let you know the planet is being severely influenced.

You can do the same to other race's planets as well though. So just watch it when yours get too high
