I have culturally overpowered many of the Iconian's planets, however one seems to be overly stubborn. They colonized a small PQ5 planet 1 system away from Earth (I'm Terrian obviously) early in the game. I didn't care much since it is a PQ5 and easly defeated with my mighty Wal-Mart stores, but alas! it is not revolting!
Currently I have 62.5 or some such times the influence on the planet. I have purchased ALL of their mining bases, including several influence ones. I have taken New Iconia III and Iconia II. Surely this one little planet cannot ignore my amazing array of products! Are they blind? I have checked, and they do not have a re-education center -- at least that I can see with my advanced knowledge of their empire.
Anyone know of a way I can tip the scales in my favor and finally convert these penney-pinching prudes?
