AM I BEING RIPPED OFF?

Paid for subscription. Doesn't work. Support won't respond.

Does any one else have this problem?
I tried to download a skin. It tells me I have to buy a subscription.
I buy a subscription.
Stardock sends me email with links and serial numbers.
I follow the directions and it does not work.
Still can't login using my subscription. Stardock has already taken my money.
I keep sending emails to support and never get an answer.
I even sent emails to sales. Still no answer.


Any suggestions?????

About your problem - Have you associated your Stardock account with your wincustomize account? Click on "My account" at the top of WC. Click on the third bullet down - "Cross Reference with your Stardock Account. (for Subscribers and changing your User Level)" See if that helps.

About your emails - be patient. They'll get to the problem, they usually do. Stardock has more happy customers than unhappy. Most folks are happy because stuff works. Stuff will work for you soon.

About your crappy attitude - be cool. Peopel in the community and at Stardock want to help. But helping is harder when folks don't communicate well.

If you are hitting a download cap and are just subscribing you have gotten MORE than what you paid for. You got stuff for free.

As a subscriber you get more than a removal of the download cap, you get to be a supporter of the site. Congratulations and welcome to the family.

Have you cross-referenced your Stardock and Wincustomize accounts? You might need to do that from your WinCustomize account settings page. Problems can occur if your stardock and wincustomize accounts are using different email addresses.
