is it possible to edit a jpg picture file and have shortcuts (say a formula one pit stop picture) from the pit crew to various file in your c drive? through desktopx / widgets etc???

You would have to cut the image up into seperate, smaller images and then put those back together in DX as different objects. Then set each object to whatever URL you want.
