Systemtray empty except after reinstall?

I finally got my theme the exact way I want it today. I restart my computer, and I get this error saying that Desktopx did not shutdown correctly and that it could be because of a problem. I figure that's not the case so I hit ignore. And at this point my system tray is empty. Therefore I cant open messenger or anything of the like... So then I try reinstalling and its great, until I restart my PC again. Now I don't get that error but my system tray is empty every time with every theme until I reinstall?? Is there a fix for this guys? Thanks!
