What did they fix from the demo?

I downloaded and have been playing the demo of civgal 2. But I found some problems with it. I know stuff is generally fixed and upgraded from demos, especially I suppose with this game since I hear they give more after purchase patches then most.
Here are a few issues I found playing. Please tell me if they have been addressed in the full & fully patched version of the game.

Regarding techs:
1. It would be really handy to be able to see how much tech points each technology costs & how many civs currently have X tech at a glance. This would make trading techs much much easier.

2. Also to be able to click on links that tell you exactly what each tech gives, both from the tech screen and from the negotiations screen. By this I mean, if it allows you to build a new structure,- how much production points that structure requires and how much bonus it gives/upkeep cost etc. Or if it allows a new ship component, what it gives/how much it costs.

Question on ship components, is their gold cost a direct reflection of how much build time it adds? Does gold cost only come into effect when rushing, purchasing, or upgrading but not when building?

3. Changing ship production should require you to start fresh on production time, at least if your using a different frame. Yet it should keep track of previous progress like its suppose to do with buildings and tech.

3.b Despite the fact that ship production freely switches from one build to another, the estimated finish time does not reflect this.

4. I say suppose to because I had a tech I accidentally switched away from, I switched back to finish learning the tech, the progress bar was nearly full and it said one turn, but it actually took 3 turns. Which is what it would normally take starting from scratch.

5. Adding items to ships can be very hard sometimes, since you can't really position the item 3d, which means if the point you want to affix it to is raised you have to both rotate the ship just right & move your mouse cursor just right. Plus items added sometimes go invisible on the attached items list and become impossible to remove. You have to start over.

6. Determine whether a ship range will be long enough to get to a location before you build your ship is another pain. And theres no indication of how many turns it will take a ship to get somewhere when you set a destination for it. 7. Also, it would be nice if there was a "blue print" type button that worked liked upgrade except kept previous stuff added beyond decoration. Especially handy if you can't remember how you set up that design. Or want to make a slight change to that design without starting over. (by default it would save by same name and not ask you if you were sure on saving over) And a option to change a designs name/description, without having to go into that design.

8. When two ship are on top of each other the interface for creating a fleet covers up information like ship range and movement left.

9. One can't set AI intelligence and AI game boosts independent of each other.

10. Approval rating and build time of planets is not available from the domestic advisor window. Which makes sliding things over to just the right number of turns build or approval rating hard.It would be especially nice if one could lock a approval rating or something so that tax automatically adjusts accordingly to keep above that level (like say 30%, or 100% etc)

Please let me stress again, I understand its only a demo. That the full game with patches is bound to have improved allot. Have any/all of these issues I mention been addressed and how? Is there a list of additions and changes of patches I can access? I of course inquire as to inform my purchase and better decide if and how much I want to pay for this game.
BTW, I wanted to alternate colors on this post to make it easier to read. But I have tried to use those pull down menus and nothing happens. (with text highlighted as well) What gives? You have to make a whole post one color?

Before reading further... don't get your hopes up. I'm afraid that I don't think any of that's been changed for 1.0X. I'm not sure about version 1.1, which is out soon.

1. Yes it would.

2. Again- Yes, that would be nice.

On the positive side, once you've played the game a bit more, you start to get a feeling for what exactly the benifits are of each tech, so this becomes less important.

As for the ship components, yes, the cost of the items does affect build time. Money -> Military Production -> Ship construction

3. Not changed. I guess for simplicity. Unlike techs and improvements, there's a potentially unlimited number of ships you could build, so it seems very problematic to remember all the ships that you ever abandoned half finished.

3b. The estimated build time is always the TOTAL time required to build the ship. I presume this is because the ship production will loop.

4. Sometimes the time taken may be affected by factors that take place between the estimate you read on the display and the actual research taking place. And sometimes I've noticed that the display seems to lag slightly behind changes you make to the sliders.

5. This can be problematic for some hardpoints, yes. I think I know what you're talking about with the invisible/unremovable items. I think that the items themself have actually been deleted, but the image in the display hasn't.

6. Would be good. You can try to count the sectors, but it's hard to be exact.

7. I think this is one of the things that are being fixed in the next patch.

8. I know, this is annoying. There may be a way around this, but I can't find it.

9. Still can't.

10. Sorry but no.

"I think that the items themself have actually been deleted, but the image in the display hasn't."

Well the items still take up space and show their effect in stats

How long has the version of this game found in the demo been out? How many versions have come out since, when, and what improvements did they make?

That fleet menu can be a real pain, preventing one from constructing something, even if the other ship besides your constructor doesn't even belong to you (like another nations freighter) Also you can't upgrade a unit if any other unit is there.

I also found a strange bug where the first turn you make when reloading works funny, planet population doesn't grow and tech progress doesn't change, the date doesn't change. But other things do happen, ships get their movement back and ship upgrade progress progresses.

Dude... the game in its present state is NOTHING LIKE the demo. It's better in some ways and worse in others. It's a lot less stable, since the current patch is "Beta". Starbase rules have changed, the AI has changed, some of the interface has been fixed (with odd new bugs introduced).
