trying to Mix two Themes to make the perfect Theme

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and plan to stay pretty active. I have a quick question though. How do I mix these two themes I have? If it requires certain software please tell me what. I do have a few of the apps in the stardock suite. I have desktopx and theme manager etc.

But here's the issue. I love these two themes, but one of the themes I cant get the new taskbar to stay on top at all times like a regular task bar, and the other theme is lacking the awesome tool like the other.

Theme 1: Aero-XP [VERSION 2]
I just want the top bar from this theme

Theme 2: Neomorph
I only want the whole object in the bottom left. It's awesome with the weather and everything incorporated.

So either that or just how do I keep the toolbar for the neomorph on top at all times? meaning like a regular toolbar where when you maximize a window it doesn't cover it up. THanks guys!!!

if you have desktopX client - you can't
need standard/pro, you have to be in builder mode

you can open themes in builder and export out what you want to use, then import into your theme and save it.

can't post those anywhere without permissions
