Does WB5 Mess up ED4: Oblivion?

Right so im using a trail version of WB5 on my winxp x64 machine, when i play oblivion on full screen, parts of the desktop flicker during the game. i can only fix this by playing it windowed, but that makes it slower, its definatly WB5 as its fine when i unload it. but man i dont want a crappy desktop just to play oblivion, is there a fix to this?

never mind, fixed it, disabled oblivion skinning and all that on the options. great stuff.
