lost docks...

Hey Everyone,
I recieved an approval letter concerning my dock subby, I just cant seem to find it in the library. the subby is titled "ryche 2". any help is appreciated.

I see it in your "Awaiting Moderation" library so it must be hung up and on the way. Premature e-mailation?

I didn't think anyone saw it before then. Its an original done in paint.net By me.it's my graffix. So I really dont know. But I'm waiting for it (Ryche2) to finish up in moderation. I got the approval E-Mail, but I cant find it in the library. If you should find a dock simular to it Please let me know...as I don't copy others work as I dont want mine copied.

I really hate to rant and complain, really. but can someone explain this???I still cant find my subby. Yes I know Its in moderation. so why did I recieve the acceptance E-mail???

You might want to try deleting it and re-submitting it. I've had problems last week trying to submit stuff. But then again, if you can't see it anywhere I guess you can't even do that.

But I can see that it is in moderation. Try clicking on "My Skins" and in the drop down menu where it says "Advanced" you should see "Awaiting Moderation (2)" and you can see it there.

It's been said, I'll say it again. The servers are wacky right now doe to upgrades. It'll go live, people will rate it and comment and life can continue again for all of us.

Until then . . . we wait . . . and hope . . with you.

Hello Everyone,
Well , I have practiced paitience. and now I wonder why would the "creation dates" be the same as the date I recieved the acceptance E-Mails??? And why are my submissions still in moderation when I have seen later submissions in the library???? I don't mean to rant, I really don't. But, is there something I need to fix??? Any light would be appreciated.

Hopefully after the weekend when we are suppose to get this big chnage everything will straightened out. I have one stuck in moderation as well, and according to my access level mine should go straight through moderation...so I feel your pain.

Thanks for your support Web, I have two, and yes, it's a little frustrating to see submissions that are newer going through. I really should not be complaining, but, I put alot into these and for someone who has never done this type of thing before, Well you get the picture .Again thank you for everything....

Don't feel bad rychian, I have one thats stuck in moderation too!
I think after they get the new servers up, everything will go better around here, so til then we'll all sit and wait!

Really? Still nothing? Do like I suggested and delete your upload. When you do this...try renaming it a bit so it looks like a different upload and try again. When I was trying to upload the Starbase docks it kept getting stuck until I tried renaming it...all I really did was add a - to the name and it worked. No guarantees but its worth a try.

The rest of the site is fine but the moderation section is borked. A lot of uploads/previews failed and probably will have to be kicked and uploaded again. At the moment we are waiting for T-Man to come up with a fix. Be patient until then
