Is there some way I can remove my posts once they are no longer needed? Or does someone else take care of that?

They tend to drop off the pages as they are pushed back if not replied-to. Newer threads take their place so there's no 'need' to remove them as such.

If, however you created a horrid faux-pas and are embarrassed with its/their retention we can always poke fun and mock ....er.....remove them as redundant...
