WB and my maximize dilemma :(

i seem to have a problem with either WB itself or the skin that i downloaded (encoded). an example of this are the 3 following screenshots:

what happened here is that the titlebar of the window went up to the topmost border of my dekstop when i maximize it- under my taskbar. this scenario happens whenever my winamp's on and im using the anunaki skin. it must taken into consideration also that this has happened with a few of my other programs (like ms word and ms excel) even if im not running winamp.
also, i noticed that WB has some conflict with YM. i excluded it already, however, whenever i use the multi messenger, it (the multi only) crashes.
