Drag and drop a no go

I love all the programs I can get a hold of from these people, and Koi I loved your vista stuff (very nice).

I have an issue where my drag and drop have been shut off but I cannot find the setting for that anywhere. I have Object Desktop and all the programs in it installed and it worked fine untill SC updated. Please email me if you want specifics on my system I am nto sure hwat all you need and it would take me time to find it .

Thx guys and you all do beautiful artwork I spend most of work day downloading wb skins and DX wiggets (dont email boss).
