All old ship designs appear after loading saved game

well its not a killer issue but it makes it a lot slower in th build ship list in game cant seem to delete old models via ship builder either so they are in build ship list for good (NOT). Note only happened after i loaded my save game. is there a patch yet, will the bonus pack i am currently downloading resolve this issue. will my drawling questions ever stop!

The ships are saved in the save game file too - so when you load it your old designs for that game will return.

You can delete all the files in the My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2\ships folder to get rid of everything - or select those you want to delete. I'd copy and save the folder somewhere else as a backup though just in case. But if you load save game the old ships are stored in, they will come back.

What version are you running BTW?
