Subspace rebounder cant be stolen

Got the subspace rebounder stolen when conquering a Good planet, but it will not show up in my shipyard.

Subspace rebounder is a 'good' only defensive technology, so unless you are good, you won't have it, and so you won't be able to build the component that requires that technology.
