Double click = Always On Top only works on some skins

I have WB 5.0 running and with certain skins the Double Click on the titlebar still maximizes the window instead of setting it to Always On Top even though it's set that way in Windowblinds. The Roll Up/Down with Right Click is not affected however. Why do certain skins not allow being set to On Top?

It is a known problem and skins with per-pixel boarders face it. To use this function properly you will have to enable " never use per-pixel boarders on a skin" from SystemMenue in WB Config window ..
