Has any testing been done with Windows Vista? If so what can I expect if I install Galciv on a Vista 5308 box?

I think GreenReaper's got GalCiv II running under Vista.

I thought I heard in the news this am that Vista had been put back for 12 months before release - Dell computers shares dived I believe.

Unknown how true this is but BBC have been known to get things wrong before now!

Yes, Vista has been pushed back to early 2007, at the earliest.

As for GalCiv 2, I believe they tested it on the Vista beta and it runs.

How?? I've just downloaded and installed the latest beta 1.20.something and it fails badly - it cannot create the rendering screen. Can anyone advise of anything to get my beloved GC2 running on Vista beta 2?
