How to install a skin in windowblinds 5??

I'm trying to install this skin on windowblinds 5:

When i download this skin, i'm supposed to get a .wba file, double click on it, install and reboot.

The problem is that when i download the file, i got a rar (zip) file whit all the skin files and i don't know what to do whit theses at all. How can i install my skin anyway or how can i install the .wba file correctly to make my skin works?

How?...did you change .rar to .wba?
