I've been trying to create a Confederate flag logo for my civilization, but I a can't figure out how to convert the images form JPEG to PNG. If someone could help me out by explaining how to do it, or finding one for me it would be greatly appreciated.

load the image in paint. save as. select PNG format instead of jpeg
