OKAY!

somebody please help me! im having trouble making a bootskin

kinda new to it.. can somebody make me one.. it doesn't matter what kind of loading bar color or whatever as long as the background is a picture of the bosnian flag.. liket this one.. http://www.duke.edu/web/CSEEES/f-bosnia.jpg.. please please somebody help me thanks
