Error in the manual?

I have seen in the manual that there are tiles with a 700% research bonus. I have never seen these, but on occasion I have seen a 700% production bonus tile. Is this an error in the manual, or do they exist?

The manual actually has alot of errors. Most of the time it's due to the fact that many things were changed after it was printed.

im pretty sure ive seen one, but bear in mind, 700% bonus is incredibly rare, they do not happen on every planet in every game, so that could be why you havent seen any.

ive seen one in every game ive played actually lol, and i have habbitable planets set tro uncommon tho
