graphic issue

ok im using Geforce4 MX 420 Verto as my graphic card, and i as i see all the screenshots of other players there details on their ships are shown. for me, my ship graphics are plain with white plating no detail of windows or lightings for example... it. is it my graphic card that is the problem or is there a setting in game that enbales the full details of the ship? i had replys that it should be in the vdieo option in game but i checked that i can't find anything. please help this is the ship graphics i have now... its really...boring all white and blue *note the clolor are default*

Please post your debug.err file, thanks. Most likely it is your drivers, but post your entire file.
