I'm not so sure if I should believe them.. That's a pretty high score. One I certainly didn't expect. If I am to go by this score, I seem to be in the 99th percentile of people. That's right up there with Lawyers, Surgeons and Professors.

Now either their test is not that great or I have a serious waste of talent going on. To top it off, I did the test at 1am this morning. Maybe I just underestimate my own capabilitites? Maybe i'm just afraid of failing?

So prove me right or wrong!

Anyone who already knows their IQ, I encourage to take this test and see if it matches closely, is much higher, or is much lower than the score they already know of. I have a friend who says his IQ was about 130. He took this test and got 134.

I need more proof! Take the test. You may be as surprised as I am! :)

I took the Emode IQ Test and got a 178. Believe me, it is definitely not right. Did they want you to buy something? If so, then they pumped up your score so that you would be happy and buy tthier merchandise or results or whatever. I think it is just a big scam.

Of course. They asked me if I wanted to buy a 15 page explanation of the test results. Also, being on the web, I wonder how many people use search engines and stuff like that to help them with their scores? I did the whole thing in my head with no assistance.

I took it and scored 129....I got stupider, I think. I've scored higher than that in the past...mind you, I'm on percocet recovering from surgery, so that prolly has something to do with it.

Okay, I didn't take this test, but I'll tell you just by looking at the intro that it's not a traditional IQ test.

Your IQ is based on your Chronological Age (how old you are) divided by your Mental Age (based on your answers). The fact that the test didn't even ask for you chronological age makes it B.S.

It must not be right. A genius - heck, even reasonably smart person -would not take it at all. Just to be sure, I think you should pay the cost and buy the report; then you'll know for certain.

I guess my title line "Am I almost a genius?" should have been something a little different. Maybe something like "Heck, I thought I was more of a dumb-ass".

I never thought of myself as, or wanted to really be, a genius. I was just very surprised at the results. It's all done in fun anyway. Some people here are taking my comments just a little too seriously. That goes for a lot of comments and articles i've made. *sighs*

Hello, I think that the charts are accurate insofar as IQ testing and they are more hinged on finding your str/weakness ect.
the thing to remember is your IQ is simple how mutch you can comprehend not how mutch you know!!!
I have a low IQ 130 or so and Ive been brilliant most of my life.(If only I could say I made brilliant choices in life).
