GAME WONT INSTALL

Hey guys !

Need some help.

Received game today ...and it simply wont install past 95 %....it gets to 95% and hangs every time .

Ive disabled Norton anti-virus etc ... and all non essential software...but still wont complete installation .....

Any ideas please .... or should i return it ...... ?

Could you post your system specs? Perhaps they will reveal clues as to what is going wrong.

Also, if you have the time, try downloading StardockCentral (https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/) where us can use your serial number to download the entire game (updates and all).
