No middle mouse button - any workarounds ?

Sorry for posting on this forum but I'm not sure where else my question belongs. I have an MS Optical Wireless mouse which, while generally great, does not have a middle button. Since a middle button seems to be needed to "tilt" the view, I can't seem to be able to access this function. Is there a workaround ? Or an alternative way of doing it ? Otherwise, congrats to the devs on a great game !

Do you have a scroll wheel? That works for me on my Logitech mouse.

I have a mouse wheel and it allows me to zoom in and out. However, although it can be "clicked" it does not work to rotate the view of the starmap. I have found no other way to rotate the view. Is there a way to re-map mouse or keyboard functions ?

by the way, can anyone tell me in which forum this thread is ? I can't seem to find it anywhere except under "my posts"

Gapper3 try these: -

(All standard keyboard no.s)

1 = Default Map VIew
2 = Angled VIew
3 = Near Level View
4 = Top Down View
5 = Strategic View

Yes, in windows control panel select mouse settings. The middle button for a lot of mice is set to "scroll button" by default. You should be able to change it into "middle button".
