Two problems

Delete rallypoints and disbanding colony ships.

Hi I just bought the game 2 days ago, love it so far.
I just got two issues which i don't know if they are bugs or just me failing to understand something.

1. If I put a rallypoint on a starbase, I can't for the life of me figure out how to delete it.

2. How can I launch a colony ship without any people in them, or disband it from orbit without launching it. If i select launch and 0 people it wont launch.

1. I haven't found a way to delete them their either.

2. You must choose to launch them with at least 1 person on it. There are no other choices.
