Tracking Freighters

GC2 must be one of the best games I have played for years. But I am having a problem about mid way during a game, keeping track of which freighters are trading with which planets. I am sure that I am missing something either visually on the galaxy map, or a note on a screen somewhere. Any help appreciated.

Click on your Domestic button. You should see your economic stats. You'll notice at the top there are two tabs, Economy, and Trade. Click on 'Trade' to see what routes you've made.
