Build Queue UI: Delete button needs confirmation dialog

In my first game I was building a research center on a 300% tile. Excellent. I was one week from completing when I revisited the colony to set up more tiles. I accidently pressed the delete button and I lost the 23 weeks of work that went into that tile.
The delete button should present an "Are you sure you want to delete
