Stardock TotalGaming.net question

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this - I'm having trouble getting a response.

I have a question for someone who can check my account information at Stardock. Over a year ago (1/29/05), I signed up for a full subscription to TotalGaming.net. This was before the token system was put into place.

When TotalGaming phase 2 introduced the tokens, I received an email indicating that, as an existing subscriber, I'd get GalCiv 2 and 10 tokens. That email came on 7/6/05.

A few weeks ago, I saw that GalCiv 2 was released, logged in, and was able to download it without a problem. However, when I did so, I noticed that my account has 0 tokens. I haven't ever used tokens to purchase anything, so I thought I should still have the 10 credited to my account as a pre-phase 2 subscriber. Am I wrong about that assumption? Did I need to do something to receive those tokens, or do tokens ever expire?

I opened a support ticket on this at stardock.helpserve.com almost three weeks ago (ticket id: MQH-685859), but it has not received any response. Can anyone from Stardock help me figure out what happened?

Thanks in advance for your help (and thanks for making such great games),
Jeff

I think some people have had lost tokens in the past. If you can find Yarlen on stardock's IRC, he may be able to help.

I got the same issue and they just put back 10 tokens after I contacted them (see IRC, or the chat when you open your Stardock Central). Don't worry.

Yes, just bump the ticket at Stardock and it should get addressed. Three weeks ago GalCiv II was just being released and we could have lost it in the shuffle. Apologies for the inconvenience. :-/

Jeff - Just resolved your ticket.  The category wasn't set properly, so it was lost in another dept.
