GT3 Missing .uis File Error

I have read on other posts about this probelm and I have tried the right click save as, but for some reason it will not allow me to do it. I have read that once you download so much you get that error until you suscribe, but I have just started using this site and that was the first skin I download. I have tried other skins and they work. I cannot get the GT3 for wb 5 or any of them to work due to that .uis file missing. Could anyone point me in the right direction or maybe e-mail it to me?

Gt3 downloads as a zip file I believe. The wba file is inside the zip file. Unzip the file after downloading and then you will see the wba file. I hope I got that right.
