Is there an easy way to set ALL planets' rally point at ONCE? (To the same rally poing)

Without having to do it individually? Seems a bit cumbersome, if not.

Go to the civilization manager screen, governors tab. Select the 'colony rally points'. select a rally point from the "ships going to" column and then from the "should now go to" column. Note that 'None' is a valid selection.
