Error enabling CE content

OK, I found and downloaded the enable CE content file, but when I use it I get this message

Now, is this something I have done, or do I not need to run that perticular file

The install worked. Notice in the message it says: "This installer HAS updated the registry to enable the bonus in-game content."

Your ship doodads should appear the next time you're designing a new ship. They'll be clearly marked as Collector's Edition parts.
