BUG:Ship Classes

Hey all, sorry if this one has already been reported, I skimmed the forums to see if I could find any mention of it, no luck...

Randomly when I load a saved game, I go to build a ship (at any planet) and it will show EVERY version of one of my self-designed ships. For example, I have designed a Mark II Constructor, and upgrade that design rather than create Mark III etc. But the starport is coming up with the option to build 4 different versions of my Mark II. Apparently it also (when I load the game) sets any of the ships that were under construction already to be built under the least sophisticated version of the multiples.

Yes it does make sense. I had the same thing happen to my fighter class. I simply upgraded the weapons and defenses throughout the game. Whenever I built replacement fighters, the starports always built the lowest tech ones. VERY annoying. When I upgrade, shouldn't the older model no longer be buildable?
